| MBP mid-2012 unibody, came with a triple pigtail Broadcom 802.11n adapter + Bluetooth, always on the unreliable side while using BT but it worked all of these years. Currently running Ventura with OCLP + Old Mojave + Win10 Bootcamp on two separated drives. I recently moved countries and using a WIFI6 router 2m away from the laptop it struggles to reach 12Mbps. I live in a crowded area, WiFi connections are probably in the hundreds around me BUT this doesn't happen when I boot into and old Mojave installation, it works flawlessly albeit among it's limits for an area with so much noise. Same with bootcamp installation. OCLP probably installs a legacy driver on an unsupported mac but this is almost a joke. [link] [comments] |
