Stuck in a recovery mode loop

I’m trying to install OCLP but when I reboot, hold option and select install sequoia it finishes downloading then goes to a screen with the following

  1. Install macOS sequoia

  2. macOS installer

  3. Update ___ Data

It auto selects the first one and then loops back to the recovery page

What do I do?
