Entsprechend den verschiedenen Beiträgen und Informationen hatte ich einen USB 2.0-Hub zwischengeschaltet.
Ich arbeite mit einem KVM-Switch Pro Audio der Firma Lindy und hatte folgende Computer angeschlossen:
Mac Pro 3.1 mit Mojave (DosDude-Patch)
Mac Pro 3.1 mit Sonoma (OCLP 2.40 später 2.41) mit USB 2.0-Hub
Mac Pro 4.1 mit Sonoma (OCLP 2.40 später 2.41) ohne USB 2.0-Hub
HP8100 Workstation mit Windows 10
Die Apple-Tastatur und die Maus waren über einen weiteren USB 2.0-Hub an den KVM-Switch angeschlossen. Während die 3 Mac Pro hinsichtlich Tastatur und Maus einwandfrei funktionierten startete der Windows-Rechner in dieser Konfiguration aber nicht mehr - mit separat direkt angeschlossener Tastatur und Maus jedoch einwandfrei.
Versuche zeigten, dass Tastatur und Maus bei den Rechner mit Sonoma problemlos OHNE USB 2.0-Hub funktionieren und zwar sowohl mit KVM-Switch wie auch bei direkten Anschluss.
Meine Frage - sind hier die Informationen hinsichtlich der USB 1.1 - Problematik überholt ?
According to various posts and information, I connected a USB 2.0 hub between Mac Pro 3.1 and keyboard / mouse.
I'm using a Lindy Pro Audio KVM switch and had the following computers connected:
Mac Pro 3.1 with Mojave (DosDude patch)

The Apple keyboard and mouse were connected to the KVM switch via another USB 2.0 hub. While the three Mac Pros worked perfectly with the keyboard and mouse, the Windows computer no longer booted in this configuration – but it worked perfectly with the keyboard and mouse directly connected separately.
Tests have shown that the keyboard and mouse work perfectly on computers with Sonoma WITHOUT a USB 2.0 hub. This is true with the KVM-Switch and with Keyboard / Mouse connected directly.
My question - is the information here regarding the USB 1.1 problem out of date?
