The operation couldn't be completed (com.apple.Buildinfo.preflight.error error 10.)

This is the error I get when trying to install Sequoia on a late 2015 iMac running Monterey (17,1 model) using OCLP2.4.1

I am trying to do an in place install instead of erasing my HD, but when I try to choose my HD to install Sequoia, I get this preflight error 10 message).
