Hoping to receive advice on parts for a build under $1,000 in parts

I'm hoping to build a Hackintosh (having never built a computer before) that can dual boot Windows that has the longevity of 4+ years (I managed to make a 2011 MBA last until now so I think I have lower than normal expectations).

I've examined the Tonymac builds forward and back, but many of the suggested parts in their builds are out of stock or just not quite what I'm looking for.

As of now, the only part I have successfully acquired is an i5 6600K, but am struggling to find a decent budget motherboard and graphics card for any size rig.

While I prefer to have a "mini" computer and at most a mid-sized, I also would love to be able to buy a graphics card and do casual gaming down the line (would love to play Overwatch, CS:GO). I'm building with my buddy who is going full sized so I'm truly open to anything. I don't use bluetooth, but would most likely need my computer to be able to use Wifi. If I can get something around the $800 range with capability to be upgraded someday, I'll be amped.

So far this is my build (https://pcpartpicker.com/list/CQQZyf) and I'd love to get guidance on a motherboard, graphics card, anything else I might be missing! Thanks a million and a half for any help!
