I just finished my Hackintosh, everything looked great and was running well, I had just installed Nvidia webdriver. So now I decided to get some games, first one being Fortnite so I launch it and boy does it run slow. It's unplayable. I also can't get the sound to work, but that's not my main focus right now. I used this guide to install the gpu driver http://hackintosher.com/guides/properly-install-nvidia-drivers-high-sierra-10-13/
