Hackintosh working fine, but muh overclock

Built this PC when I was twelve (two years ago) and decided I needed to try the whole Hackintosh thing out. i5 4690k, MSI H81M-E34, GTX 1050ti (GPU works fine). It seems to be stable so far. I've had this overclock for like half a year where I just threw the CPU ratio up to 44 as suggested by some dude, and it's worked awesome on Win7. I can play CPU intensive games for hours and it won't surpass 60C, and idles at 35C or so. It's in fixed mode (turbo boost disabled) so the frequencies don't jump around in Windows at all. However, I've looked in HWMonitor and this Intel Power Gadget program and they both show that my frequencies are going all the way down to 0.8GHZ on idle, and up to my ideal 4.4GHZ when benchmarking. I just reinstalled kexts and Clover bootloader with the latest Multibeast High Sierra when I saw it came out, so I do have the latest FakeSMC+plugins. Is there any way I can get this to obey my mobo? Sorry if it's a noob question
