Working-ish Sierra on a gigabyte gaz270x-ud3 with i7 6700k, but seriously sluggish, laggy, where should I look for mistakes?

I’ve upgraded fro)m a ga z170x-ud3 to a ga z270x-ud3, and it’s not smooitth at all. (Tbh the previous built (ga z170x-ud3 / i7 6700k/ gtx 980 waterforce felt the same. )

Sluggish, unreliable, some glitches, a perpetual little latency, iterm incredibly slow, long boot time. On win 10 no problems. My OS and drivers are up to date.

In term of gpu I switched my gtx 980 for a 1080 ti (msi seahawk), but no differences either. I’ve followed this guide I think as close as I could, but maybe did something wrong, or is this supposed to be that way...

1_ Could I expect a really smooth system, as much as on a real Mac, or is it normal ?

2_ Should I upgrade to high sierra ? (Meaning do a clean install, follow guide to the letter, etc.) Or stay on Sierra and change some clover configurations ?

Actual Build :

  • Gigabyte ga z270x ud3
  • i7 6700k
  • Corsair h110i v2
  • 32 GB RAM (4x8) 2400mhz Ballistix sport
  • MSI GTX 1080 ti seahawk
  • 2 Samsung 850 evo pro (1 win 10 & 1 Sierra)
  • All fans are Corsair ml120 or ml140
  • Thunderbolt 3 alpine ridge (working if plugged at boot)

Édit: working handoff, usb3 & usb2 ports, HDMI audio, thunderbolt 3 (if plug at boot), and basically everything, but unusable...

Edit2: I’m gonna check my clover confit and post it.
