The bottom line is that it would have to be compatible with i7-6700, GTX 960, and support 16gb of ram. M.2 drive slots are welcome. A wifi module or other enthusiast features are not needed.
(Context: The Tonyx86 buyer's guide lists 4 mini-ITX motherboards, the most affordable of which is currently not available and the others have unnecessary "gaming" price tag.)
