I installed Sierra on my Thinkpad X220 according to [this](x220.mcdonnelltech.com/macos-sierra-installation/) guide. It works well, except that my system freezes a couple of times per week.
It seems to happen when I'm loading things (not necessarily that CPU-demanding, like a flash game), and when it does, I can still move my cursor (without delays), but the system is unresponsive to clicks and keyboard input. Music will continue playing just fine. There is nothing to do except hold the power button until the laptop is off.
I installed Sierra instead of High Sierra, because the latter gives me screen artifacts.
Does anyone know how to solve this issue?
