Issues with apps since restoring from backup image

I had to restore from a backup image earlier, and some apps are now not working properly.

I used superduper to make the initial backup, as a sparse bundle. I booted into my USB Installer and mounted the backup image and using Disk Utility restored my main partition. And then restored my EFI partition using the dd command in terminal. Everything is booting up ok as far as I'm aware.

Clover configurator is one of the applications crashing, however it is only crashing when it attempts to restart when updating itself. I've included the crash log https://pastebin.com/REuZNdg9

Is there a way I can fix this or should I try another clean install?
