Hello!
I've just finished installing my first hackintosh (vanilla) and so far it's been pretty painless. Except for one thing that isn't working right and that is my NVIDIA graphics card.
I have installed the web drivers. At first it said that my version of High Sierra wasn't supported and that I needed to update (altough I was fully updated at the time). So I used a tool someone posted on tonymacx86 that allowed me to install the drivers (it was a terminal command that found the latest driver and patched it so I could install). So Nvidia web drivers are running but I'm still stuck on 1024 x 768 resolution.
First when I tried to enable the webdriver instead of "default macOS graphics driver" it kept bouncing back to the macOS one. But after editing the config.plist and adding:
BIOS: IGPU is off and primary graphics driver is set to PCIe.
Currently it just displays: "Display 3 MB".. So it seems like it's not recognizing the GPU, obviously.
I'll attach the relevant files below if someone wants to help me out.
Graphics card: ASUS Strix GTX 1060 6GB
EFI folder: https://www.dropbox.com/s/6nxzln8jecap5ph/EFI.zip?dl=0 System report: https://www.dropbox.com/s/vbu9iotd2h0531y/System%20Report.spx?dl=0
I'll keep doing some diggin on my own, but if someone happens to know what I should do please tell me!
Thanks in advance, Felix
