Black Screen before login - Latest NVIDIA Webdrivers on 10.13.6 (17G7024)

A couple months ago I had the misfortune of having a security update break NVIDIA's web drivers for me. I was using High Sierra 10.13.6 back then with WhateverGreen and I even tried the latest web driver to no avail. Then, I decided to upgrade to Mojave while using the intel IGPU (and that didn't really work out either as you can see from my previous post).

Now that I've re-installed High Sierra again and installed all the latest updates, I've been trying to figure out what I can possibly do that I haven't done the last 2 days to make my setup work again.

My CLOVER folder: https://files.catbox.moe/xw7xat.zip

What I know so far/some info:

-I'm using HDMI for output (I have no other choice/DP monitors) and before getting into the login screen verbose outputs: IOConsoleUsers: gIOScreenLockState 3, hs 0, bs 0, now 0, sm 0x0 and my monitor loses signal (I know, this is definitely because my graphics setup is wrong).

-What I'm also aware of is that my current setup works on my friend's machine with web drivers under a 900 series card however, he's using DisplayPort (which unfortunately is something I can't test).

-Native NVRAM doesn't seem to work (no RC scripts, no EmuVariable64.efi) - even when forced with nvda_drv=1 VESA is still used (no, I didn't have nv_disable=1)

-Emulating NVRAM is what I did back then, it worked fine but I don't seem to get it to work now (I've re-done my setup since I didn't do a proper backup at the time it WAS working, rather I did a backup of my clover AFTER it stopped working and then left to use Linux for a while) so I'm not really sure how exactly configured was my original setup back then.

-Using Corp's web driver python script I downloaded the latest web driver and I made sure I was using the latest kexts

-I tried using different flags and removing/adding existing ones.

-One thing I noticed: on a specific instance, About this Mac reported "NVIDIA Chip model 3mb". So I don't think the fault is exactly on my GPU not being compatible but rather something wrong with my config.plist, uefiDrivers or kexts.
