Can someone help me understand how to do this?

So my laptop (lenovo y540) have mac os Mojave and everything is working except for Bluetooth.

In some guides people say this guideGuide tell you how to solve it but i don't understand how to do it.

I think i have to apply 2 kext and their .plist and change some numbers in order to work but dint get ur really.
