Dell 7559 flicker after sleep

Hi all,

I have a Dell 7559 with the following configuration I7 6700hq 16gb Ram 256gb ssd Intel hd530+gtx960m Dell dw1820a (works perfectly with pin masking) Os x catalina 10.5.1

Everything on this PC is working perfectly. My only issue is that after the PC wakes up the screen flickers terribly. I cannot figure out what is causing this. Can anyone please point me in the right direction?
