Have I missed anything?

Overall I am very happy with this build as it is a huge step up from my ancient 2012 MacBook Pro. I couldn’t justify the cost of a new MacBook and this Hackintosh provides me with all the specs I wanted without the cost. For daily usage (browsing, Netflix etc) I will just use my iPad.

I love macOS, my first computer was a Bondi Blue iMac, but as of late Apple’s hardware has been underwhelming and overpriced (maybe the new 16 inch is an exception?) so I didn't want to go down that route. This new rig will be used for recording and video editing. The only regret on the hardware side is perhaps the case as it is way bigger than I expected, there is a lot of empty space in there. Still looks good though.

I haven't built a Hackintosh since they were patching the kernel so this was a breeze in comparison. Thanks to the many posts on this subreddit for making it so.

PS. My EFI etc can be found here
