OK. Need a genius to finalize my Intel hackintosh. VERY close...ugh..

Can anyone point me to me 9r chime in on a hackintosh comments on what to do or how to change things in clover or whatnot when hackintosh won't boot to desktop?

I work in IT but haven't done a hackintosh yet and have scoured the tonymax86 forums etc. I have a 6-core unlocked i6 Skylake cpu, 32gb ram, Intel he and rtx 2070 gpu, nvme and Sata etc. The mono is an ASRock phantom gaming 4 with a bazillion options in wifi or bios and can make the proper bootdisk (Mojave is perfect even High Sierra). I get it to boot from SSD or can use standard HD, disk I get it to boot fine and start the install but on second boot it doesn't get to desktop. Just locks up or doesn't progress at all, I know it's probably some boot flag or similar I just need to enter. I can install directly to a normal hard drive and then clone it or go straight to SSD or straight to nvme it does not matter to me but I get the same issue every time where it loads and then reboots like it's going to finish and then just sits there for hours on the Apple logo for hours literally and even overnight no change. So I just need someone that's done this on a similar machine that can tell me what usually causes that and what to put in for boot flags if necessary or what to pull from machine, or use in the EFI folder etc etc.etc. I usually start using only the internal graphics with the RTX card completely out of the machine and only one hard drive hooked up to avoid the machine getting confused. I don't care about Wi-Fi at all and I can deal with that later if I want it I just want it to boot to the desktop and be able to run the hackintosh. Once I get to the desktop I know how to go in and edit the next files or remove them etc etc. My gut instinct says I need a specific EFI folder possibly but I'm a little confused when it comes to that. I've used the unibeast app to create the bootable thumb drive and then tried to do the whole multibeast afterwards to finalize stuff but am just a LITTLE inexperienced with that part....

Any help would be appreciated. I posted a few questions in forums but often they go weeks if not months before being answered. I'm running an ASRock motherboard which I know can be hackintosh, unlocked i-5 6 core CPU you with plenty of ram which I've also taken out to a simple 8 gig chip or dual 8GB chips instead of 32 because I know sometimes with a lot of ram at first you can run into issues.

Thank you very much everyone I'm so close I can feel it LOL.
