Migration Assistant broke my startup disk and backup?

Installed 10.15.1 on a new Hackintosh build over the weekend and had everything seemed to be running well. Started Migration Assistant this morning to move my files from my old iMac and when I got home I couldnt boot anymore. I guess I ttied to transfer the wrong files but even worse my internal SATA backup drive wont boot either. I can see the drive in Disk Utility but theres no option in Clover to boot from the backup anymore.
