On Windows Partition (with Hack machine) constantly need to reinstall Bootcamp drivers to get official Apple Bluetooth K&B to work

This happens when I swap between Mac and Windows or if I sync the Bluetooth Keyboard and Mouse to my work laptop, I have to do the following to get the BT K&M to work:

1. Install a specific AppleWirelessMouse64 driver
2. Install the Apple specific BootCamp Drivers
3. Restart (into Windows again)
4. Connect to the devices with Bluetooth
5. The machine then automatically downloads some new drivers that break (can't right click on the mouse, just weirdness, cannot access the BootCamp menu in the bottom right)
6. Repeat steps 1-3, then when it boots everything works perfectly

What do you guys suggest for a fix? The MacOS part works perfectly every time, even when I sync to my macbook and then back to my Hack. Just when I go back into windows this happens.
