Questions about OpenCore boot menu

Hi guys,

Long time lurker, first time poster. I have just had a success with my Hackintosh installation on a Ryzen system. However I’m having a few questions/issues about the OpenCore boot menu that I couldn’t get my head around so hopefully I could get some help in here:

  1. Cannot (sort of) dual boot with Windows I have a preinstalled partition before installing macOS and now it is not showing up in my OC boot menu. To boot into windows I need to go through BIOS. I have tried to install rEFind as well but it doesn’t work either.

  2. Cmd + R does not work From what I’ve read so far, OC will work as if the PC is a native mac. However I can’t go into Recovery by pressing cmd+R. The only way to do it is via the OC boot menu. Also, is this the expected behaviour to have the Recovery in the OC boot menu?

  3. No option under “Choose operating system” in OC Boot menu.

  4. [EDIT] I got a notifications about “Memory Module Misconfigured” with something along the line of “not supported memory speed”. When I go into About this mac > Memory, the About window crashes.

Thank you all.
