Installation on XPS 13 9370

Hey all!

I need macOS to be able to use some tools, but I don't really want to shell out the cash for a mac... Is there any way to get the Killer Wifi working?

If not, I have a desktop with a Ryzen 3100 and GTX 1660 Super, I know nVidia cards don't really work, but has anybody managed to get it to work even as a basic VGA adapter? I don't need performance, just usability for day-to-day, I have Windows for gaming.
