(Post Big Sur Installation) After moving the EFI folder to my SSD, I cannot find it, where it is ?

My install was a good success ! I just mounted the EFI and moved the folder from my drive to my ssd and it boots ob my ssd now. But where is it now ? There's no EFI folder mounted anymore in Big Sur
