MSI MPG Z490 Gaming Plus / i5 10600K EXITBS:START

Hello, I wanted to build up my second Hackintosh today but the installation usb wont start up. Im getting the same error everytime. I got my EFI from someone who was able to boot up with the same mainboard and cpu. I also have a Gigabyte RX 580 but I dont wanted to put it in because i thought the installation would be easier with the intel graphics. Anyway it didnt work. Maybe someone here is able to help me.
