I did a fresh install of Big Sur using OpenCore couple of days ago, everything seems to work fine except PC freezes once it goes idle. Monitor turns off and I can't get it out of idle. I even have to turn on and off PC for a couple of times to get it working, it doesn't display anything before I do that.
