[Help] Installing High Sierra on ryzen 5600x / x570 / gtx 1070

Stuck at error - gIOScreenLockState 3

I can load into recovery and external flash drive just fine. Able to reboot and install from internal installer as well.

But after that no matter what, there's this issue.

Please Help.
