I've updated from Mojave to Catalina (don't want to buy the new wifi pci card, current BCM4322 is dropped from BigSur onwards).
First thing I noticed is the Spotlight indexing problem due to root drive being read only.
I have SIP disabled, so "sudo mount -uw /" does the trick and the indexing starts.
Is there a more elegant solution?
I'm running it with clover 5146.
