Stuck on "An Error occurred white preparing the installation." Upgrading from BigSur to Sonoma

I have Macbook I am getting an error that says "An Error occurred white preparing the installation. Try running this application again."

I created the installer for Sonoma flash drive with boot EFI. I loaded the EFI and then start the update using Sonoma 14.0 and i get the message right after i click on accept terms and condition.

I have reset the NVRAM and stuck on what to do next?
