My 6800xt won’t show up in OBS?

I have a 5,1 running Monterey on open core. I’m not sure why my GPU is not recognized by OBS for encoding. I have no problems using it in DaVinci and blender… but I thought the AMF encoder would be available instead of using x264 (cpu) but it just doesn’t show up! Does anyone have any idea why?

Apple VT 264/HEVC hardware/software encoders show up, and they work - sorta. Is that the way that my gpu is able to be used? The only other one is AOM AV1 and it crashes OBS instantly 🤷🏻‍♀️
