External displays + Firewire + RAID 0 dual SSD? - OCLP / Monterey - MacBook Pro 2010 + MacMini 2010 .. both are 16gb RAM, SSD, Core2Duo 2.4

MacBook Pro 2010 + MacMini 2010 .. both DUAL SSD RAID 0, 16gb RAM, Core2Duo 2.4
Now on High Sierra. I am looking at Monterey since that seems to be the safest choice on this hardware.

Questions:

1. Issues with attaching displays?- 2 External displays on Mac Mini (DHMI and DisplayPort)- 1 External display on Macbook Pro
2. Firewire?- TimeMachine backups to firewire drives.(I prefer not to have to use USB; Timecapsule was not reliable so on High Sierra so that is not an option either)
3. Dual SSD in RAID 0?- The two OWC SSD drives have 280 mbps data speed but combined in RAID0 they could in theory provide up to 560 mbps data speed which is the reason I set it up earlier. I wonder if this setup would continue to work under OCLP Monterey.
