Hey all,
Wanted to share a succes on my machine:
Hardware:
- Intel i5-11600K
- 16GB RAM
- ASUS TUF Gaming B560-PLUS WIFI
- ASUS ROG STRIX Radeon RX 580 8GB GAMING OC (Metal 2)
- Fenvi T919
- WD Blue SN550 1TB (MacOS Ventura 13.6.x)
- WD Black SN850X 2TB (Windows 11)
Guide used as baseline:
Additional disabled onboard WiFi and Bluetooth as Fenvi T919 is installed.
Kexts used:
- Lilu
- VirtualSMC
- WhateverGreen
- SMCProcessor
- SMCSuperIO
- AppleALC (alcid=11)
- LucyRTL8125Ethernet
- NVMeFix
- USBMap (Created with USBMap.master)
ACPI:
- SSDT-EC
- SSDT-HPET
- SSDT-PLUG
- SSDT-PMC
- SSDT-RTCAWAC
- SSDT-USBX
Other options:
- DisableRTCChecksum enabled to solve RTC Write issue when rebooting
Working: (I have no clue what options I did not test...)
- All Apple services
- iMessage, Facetime, iCloud.
- Airdrop
- AirPlay to Mac
- Auto Unlock (with Apple Watch)
- Continuity Camera
- Handoff
- The universal copy/paste between Apple devices.
- Continuity Sketch
- Continuity Markup
- Text Message Forwarding
- Universal Control
- Instant Hotspot
- Standby
Not working - Due to lack of an supported iGPU:
- Sidecar (it connects, but iPad Pro 2022 stays black as iGPU is not supported and is needed)
It's sad to see that Broadcom / T919 is not (yet) supported under Sanoma. Yes it is running and almost everything is working - but still... if there is an update without mangling the security, I will step to Sanoma.
*Based on OpenCore 0.9.9 (build started with 0.9.6)
It's a dual boot with 2 NVME drives, 1 MacOS and the other one Windows 11. Opencore is used for booting up (Windows NVME is disabled as start-up disk), so I have 2 choices when starting the computer.
- Windows 11 23H2
- Bitlocker enabled
- And working, whenever OC is upgraded to a new version, I must fill in the Bitlocker key
- T919 drivers installed
- Bluetooth and WiFi working
- Windows Hello working
- Levovo camera + hardware Ubikey.
