question about dual GPU integration for installing macOS

Hi, I'm looking to build a dual boot with windows and hackintosh, I have an rtx 2060 and a r5 5600x.

The questions I have are:

1. Is it possible to add another hackintosh compatible gpu to make it work without using the RTX? and if possible, how can "disable" the RTX when I'm using hackintosh?

2. If question 1 is possible, is there an option to disable the second GPU in the main OS? (windows)
