Sonoma

I got a 2012 MacBook i tried installing sonoma but I keep getting stuck when opencore starts creating the installer for the usb drive it just stays there it starts downloading and it stops after 10 seconds any recommendations on what I can do to fix it? Anything would help since I tried using different versions as well and the same thing happens usb drive is brand new tried it on an old one same thing happened that’s why I bought another one anything would help at this moment. Thanks
