Need help with 12th gen intel laptop.

Searching this sub (and other websites), I see a lot of successful intel 12th (and even 13th) gen installs, both desktops and laptops.

I've hackintoshed a handful of desktops and laptops over the years, and I've always enjoyed the challenge, but I can't seem to figure my current system out, and I'm struggling to find Alder Lake laptop-specific guides or resources for OpenCore.

I have a framework 13 running in standalone mode, so just the mainboard being used outside of the laptop chassis (in a cooler master case), with an intel 12th gen intel i7-1280p, and I have an eGPU enclosure where I can use my GTX 670 (which is running natively on macOS), so it doesn't matter about the unsupported iGPU (which I'm already aware of).

I've made it to the point of having the laptop boot the OC bootloader, but the macOS installer never fully loads.

I've tried several different versions of macOS. Some of them simply won't boot the installer at all and give me the good old stop sign, some will boot but get stuck.

The most successful one so far has been Sonoma, it'll start loading the installer, but sadly it gets stuck with half the bar filled and the Apple logo on the screen.

Are there any good resources for more general Alder Lake laptop information? I know Dortonia doesn't do anything beyond (I think) 10th gen intel guides.

Or maybe someone here with any experience, possibly with the 12th-gen framework 13 laptop? So far I've only stumbled on people sharing their successful 12th gen EFI's and stuff (even another Intel i7-1280p laptop from MSI), but no guides or anything like that.
