Smallest egpu?

Hi guys, I have a AM5 7000 cpu and motherboard with an annoyingly gigantic but awesome RTX 4090.

With the limited space I have in my case, what would be the smallest compatible egpu model that I could install that could output 4K? My TV is 120hz capable but doubt I will find a small gpu capable of 4K 120hz. Tried RX580 by shifting the 4090 down to the second pcie slot but the airflow to the 4090 really took a hit. The fan was right against the bottom of the case.

So I’m thinking with the 4090 blocking the second pcie slot I will have to use a m.2 to pcie adapter so if any knows an aesthetically pleasing solution I’d love to know. The m.2 slot is also behind the 4090.
