Hello, I have just bought a late 2013 rMBP 13" with i5 2.4GHz / 8GB RAM / 256GB SSD and I would like to get a macOS newer than Big Sur. Should I go for Monterey or Sonoma? I just want it to feel decently fast. I know it's an old machine. Also, how is battery life?
