Installed Sonoma on my late 2013 rMBP on top of Big Sur, and it got stuck after login.

I followed the steps of that YT video and everything seemed to be working flawlessly, but after it finished booting and rebooting, it asked for my password and never went past half of the bar. I have turned off and on a couple of times, but it never get past that point in the loading bar. I didn't do a clean install but tried to update from Big Sur, because I didn't want to lose my files. What can I do to unstuck it? Please help.
