Mac Mini Late i5 2012 which MAC OS should I upgrade to

Hi,

I have a late MacMini 2012 i5 running on MacOS Catalina. I will be upgrading to 16gb Ram.

I would like to update to a later MacOS.

So far I have updated my MacBook Air 2013 to Ventura and my wife’s MacBook Pro 2012 to Ventura and they seem to be Woking fine.

What’s the latest MAC OS I should update to?
