Even after swapping SSD, thunderbolt port and superdrive still don't work

MacBook Pro 8,1 patched to Ventura and lost functionality of thunderbolt port and superdrive.

Tried reverting back to native High Sierra OS. Tried wiping SSD. Even tried a completely fresh SSD! But still can't regain functionality of external display and DVD drive.

What did OCLP do to my hardware? Is there a way to reverse it?
