Mac Pro 6,1 but having issues with a second one

Got one Mac Pro to update but having issues with the other one as it had a SSD NVMe with Mac OS Monterrey pre installed but won’t update using OCLP and now with a new formatted NVMe it still won’t install macOS using OCLP
