I had to have my MacBook battery removed. I made a post some time ago, asking if it was possible to activate the disable firmware throttling setting, keeping all my files the same, and without having to reinstall the OS. I was told it was possible.
I activated the "Disable Firmware Throttling" in the Settings, clicked "Build and Install OpenCore." However, it then asks me to "Select disk to install OpenCore onto." Is this the part where I have macOS which is installed on a USB thumb drive (or this isn't needed)? What are the next steps?
