blank screen on rx 6950xt on tahoe

i have been at this for 8 hours, basicaly i have a 6950xt with a r9 5900x on a asus tuf x570 pro wifi.

For the gpu driver i am using nootrx.

When verbose boot and then a black screen and without verbose boot i get the apple logo for a few seconds and then black screen and my capslock light it not toggling when i press on it.
