[REQUEST] Working EFI for macOS Sequoia – ASUS Z390-A Prime / i9-9900K / Titan Ridge 2 Thunderbolt / CSR8510 A10 Bluetooth

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for a working EFI for macOS Sequoia (15.x) that matches my hardware:
- Motherboard: ASUS Z390-A
- CPU: Intel i9-9900K
- GPU: Intel UHD630 (no discrete GPU)
- Thunderbolt: GC-Titan Ridge 2 (PCIe)
- Bluetooth: CSR8510 A10 USB dongle (Trust 18187) – I could not get it to work.

Also, when sharing an EFI, could you recommend a Bluetooth dongle that you know for sure works with this hardware? For example, is the ASUS USB-BT400 a suitable choice?

I’ve been trying to get Bluetooth working, but the controller shows up as “Off” in System Information.
I already tried: BlueToolFixup, BrcmPatchRAM3, proper USB mapping (HS07 port).

If anyone has a similar setup, working EFI, or dongle recommendation, I’d really appreciate your help.
