Does anyone know how I can recover my USB drive?

Hello Open Core community, I know this sub isn't dedicated to USB drives, but I don't know where else to post this, and I'm coming here hoping someone can help me.

A few days ago, while creating a bootable USB drive with macOS Catalina using the Terminal, I ran into a problem. During the installation, the USB drive apparently ejected, and when I reconnected it, it wouldn't let me format it or do anything else. The system recognizes it, but it won't let me delete it or do anything; it only gives me two options when I connect it: ignore or eject. I've tried everything to recover it, from using the Terminal to flashing it through Windows, but nothing works. I hope someone can help me since I don't have many USB drives.
