[Help] unable to install Ventura MBP early 2011.

Hello, first time OCLP user here. Macbook pro 13" early 2011 trying to install Ventura coming from High Sierra. I'm having an issue during the install OS step. After clicking install OS from the boot screen I am met with a white screen with a symbol in the middle where the apple logo should be. Every few seconds it will flash a folder symbol with a question mark in the middle.

First try last night I let it sit for several hours with no change. Tried again this morning, it will sit on that white screen for around 5 minutes before shutting down. When I boot into recovery to try to install my previous OS I am only given the option for Mac OS X Lion. Looking in disk utility I can only see the partition I was going to use for Ventura around 320GB. I cannot find the 180GB I had my previous OS on. Not sure what I did wrong or what I can do to alleviate this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Included some photos of what I'm talking about. Can discord if it would be easier to explain.

Things I have tried:

1. Booting from the disk and from the USB installer I prepared.

2. NVRAM reset

3. Booting into safe mode

4. Can't verify the boot order because I'm only given 2 options to boot from in the menu

5. Can't see the efi boot to select
