Recently had fibre installed, the fibre into the house probably runs at about 600 Mbps, an ipad in the same room as the router runs at about 480, the Mac is upstairs, the ipad placed in front of my Mac runs about 230. My iMac on wifi runs at about 55! Interestingly the Mac on powerline ethernet runs at about the same speed, 55, which I find odd. Asus router and both at 5GHz FWIW.
I have refreshed all the networking plists, removed and added back the wifi network all to no avail.
I know that Sonoma dropped Broadcom 4360 support and the OCLP patches replace it. Is there a fix for my speed loss? If so, can the fix be applied to a running system or do I have to rebuild/reinstall OCLP?
