I have a 2017 15” MacBook Pro (Intel, Touch Bar) that I upgraded from Ventura to macOS Sequoia 15.7.7 using OpenCore Legacy Patcher 2.4.1.
The Sequoia installation itself appears successful:
macOS Sequoia 15.7.7 installed
OCLP root patches installed successfully
Mac boots normally
Touch Bar works
Wi-Fi works
Safari works
App Store works
iCloud Drive syncs
Passwords synced (155 items)
Photos sync
Family Sharing loads
Mac appears in Find My
However, Apple Account functionality is behaving strangely:
“Update Apple Account Settings” badge remains
“Devices” section says “Failed to load devices”
“Sign-In & Security” opens to a completely blank page
“Personal Information” is sometimes blank
Touch ID accepts my password but never proceeds to fingerprint enrollment
account.apple.com login attempts return “Sign Up Not Completed”
Same “Sign Up Not Completed” message appears when Safari tries to use my Apple Account credentials
What’s confusing is that iCloud services appear partially functional:
Find My sees the Mac
Passwords sync
iCloud Drive syncs
Photos sync
But account-management services seem broken.
Questions:
-Has anyone seen “Sign Up Not Completed” after an OCLP Sequoia upgrade?
-Is this likely an Apple Account server-side issue rather than an OCLP issue?
-Has anyone fixed blank Sign-In & Security pages or failed device loading without signing out of iCloud?
-Could Touch ID enrollment be failing because the Apple Account framework isn’t loading correctly?
At this point I’m trying to determine whether I should continue troubleshooting OCLP/macOS or contact Apple Support regarding the Apple Account itself.
Any ideas appreciated.

⚠️ WARNING:
Installing macOS Tahoe on unsupported hardware is NOT supported by the OpenCore Legacy Patcher developers. Please be aware that numerous users have attempted installation, often resulting in serious issues including hardware malfunctions and complete data loss.
Also understand that OCLP supports over 83 Mac models! Just because it "worked" on one, does not mean it will not cause major issues on your device.
NOTE: You might have seen a new piece of software called OCLP-Mod. The OCLP developers do NOT recommend using any modification of the genuine OCLP software. Keep in mind, anyone is able to make a fork of OCLP (a fork is a modification of the original project). No other software is checked and verified safe or actually working on all 83 Mac models.
In closing, please only use the genuine version of OCLP. Do not install Tahoe until a fully compatible public version of OCLP is released. Thanks!
