Strange buzzing/electronic noise when scrolling

Hello /r/hackintosh!

My build runs pretty well right now except for this small annoyance. Whenever I scroll around there's a strange buzzing/electronic noise coming from the PC. This does not happen in Windows 10, though, just in Mojave. Any ideas how to get rid of this noise?

I don't think the noise is coming from either case/cpu fan as it doesn't sound like fans revving up. Also it doesn't sound like the typical high-pitched coil whine.

Hackintosh was installed by following the Vanilla guide by corpnewt.
