Is there a "more beautiful" boot picker of OpenCore?

Hi. My Hackintosh is pretty much set up and I was able to fix some major issues. Everything is nice and pretty, but I am wonder whether there is a "more beautiful" boot picker of OpenCore like in Clover. I actually don't mind using OpenCore's native command line style boot manager, but I could also go with something more fancy....

Questions:

  1. Can you recommend rEFInd?
  2. Any others?
  3. My system is DualBoot (macOS and Win10 on same drive). Since my default boot partition is the one macOS is on, - when I want to boot into Windows - I press F11 on system start to prevent the auto load of OpenCore and to choose the boot partition, that is Win10, myself. In the OpenCore boot picker there is the option "Windows (BootCamp)", though. Could I also start Windows from there, just like from the Bios (F11), that is without reducing my Windows performance? I have never done this, because I know BootCamp and it's performance caps, so even though my Windows was not installed via BootCamp, I fear to loose performance by using this boot option in the OpenCore boot picker...
