Hackintosh Dual Boot Windows CS:GO with 300 fps

Hi. I am looking to build a budget hackintosh with the option to play the occational CS:GO with stable 300 fps (windows). I will play with a custom lower res and graphics arent that important. Can anyone help me with a build?
