Messed up OCLP install w/ AMD gop injection

My Mac: Mac Pro 5,1 w/ rx 580. I tried to do an oclp install with amd gop injection enabled but I haven’t been able to get past this boot screen. I can’t boot into the ssd that I tried to do the oclp install onto (Mac Pro SSD TB), I just end up getting the symbol in the second picture. I also can’t boot into my backup SSD (Mojave SSD). I removed all my ssds and tried to use a regular (non oclp) Mojave usb installer to get a fresh Mojave install on a blank hdd but I still run into the same problem. A PRAM/NVRAM reset didn’t change anything. Also it’ll only boot into the boot selector and I can’t get it into recovery mode. Am I screwed or can I fix this?
